Brandy Thompson, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse with over a decade of frontline experience in Correctional healthcare, specializing in emergency response and nursing judgment. Since 2012, she has provided medical care in high-pressure jail environments, managing real-life CPR situations, overdose emergencies, and Narcan administration. Brandy brings this hands-on expertise into every class she teaches, offering students practical, life-saving skills backed by deep clinical knowledge.
As a certified instructor, Brandy offers training in Adult & Pediatric CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support), AED, Heart Saver, and First Aid. Her passion for education and deep concern for the opioid crisis drive her mission to equip individuals with the tools and confidence to act in emergencies—whether at home, at work, or in the community.
